In addition to your mobile phone number, which we will share with the carrier of your choice in order to deliver the files, we may share your Information for our own research purposes with our professional advisors or consultants and third party partners; however what we share will be limited to non-personally identifying demographic information shared under cover of a confidentiality agreement. We may also transfer your Information out of the country for the purpose of storage and processing.

Consolidate Interactive reserves the right to disclose your Information when Consolidate Interactive determines, in its sole discretion, that the disclosure of your Information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against you if:

• you are or may be violating this Agreement;
• you are interfering with another's rights or property, including, without limitation, Consolidate Interactive's rights or property;  and/or
• as necessary or required by any applicable law, rule or regulation.
  Consolidate Interactive maintains a strict "no-spam" policy. Consolidate Interactive fully complies with CAN-SPAM regulations.

How long do you keep the information I've given you?

We keep the Information you have given us for a period of one year or for as long as we are required to do so by law, which ever is longer.

Can I change the information I have already given you?

What security features do you have?

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Information submitted to us once we receive it. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Information, we cannot guarantee its security.
